Looking for 1 Female Roommate for a Single Room in Spacious Apartment with Balcony

My sister and I (females) have a single room available in the 20th district. We are looking for a female roommate, nonsmoker. Our clean and modern, residential apartment is at the heart of Vienna (walking distance from the beautiful Augarten Park).

We are both working and also creative. We like music, art, and K-Pop :)

The room with furnished bed and clothes hanger is available from mid March 2023 OR beginning April or mid April 2023 until August 2023 (flexible, short-term basis).

We respect privacy and personal space and if you are looking for a place for 5 to 6 months (Spring to Summer), please let us know so you can view the apartment and available room.

We also have a spacious balcony, Amazon Prime and YouTube on TV, hi-speed WiFi which also works on our balcony :)

Amenities in the €400 per month price include: Internet, washing machine, dryer, use of full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave)
